COURSE INTRODUCTION & OBJECTIVES

This 4 Weeks intensive yoga teacher training India is designed for introducing students into yoga on a more personal level with its emphasis on consolidating the foundational practices and transition towards advanced level. The course  includes a personalized form of practice taking care of every student’s strengths and limitations and an in-depth approach to yogic techniques. This program is best suited to the individuals looking forward to implement yoga in their lives as a habitual pattern and gaining insight into the implementation of the discipline for self development and blossoming. Intensive course is tailor made module of practices meant entirely for the individual growth and illumination. The course is conducted along with our teacher training programs, the difference being that the lectures are non compulsive and there are no assessments towards the completion of each module.

    • Shakti chalan through Asana
    • Anatomy & Physiology of Asana
    • Yogic physiology
    • Practice of Intermediate and Advanced level
  3. Pranayama
    • The hatha yogic approach of Pranayama
    • The raj yogic approach of Pranayama
    • Physiology of respiration and pranayama
    • Prana and manas/ prana and mind
    • Advanced Pranayama
    • Practices of bandhas
  4. Pratyahar (consolidation of practice)
  5. Dharana (concentration)
    • What is dharana
    • Practices to induce dharana
  6. Dhyana (meditation): transition from Dharana to state of Dhyana (concept and practice)
  7. Kriya yoga
  8. Yog Sadhana
  9. Life philosophy and practical approach of yoga.

YOGA INTENSIVE THINGS TO REMEMBER

  • Institute will provide the certificate of completion at the end of the course
  • Sattvic lifestyle has to be followed throughout the course period with no intoxication or fancy meals allowed.
  • In order to ensure a firm progress, student must attend the session without fail.
  • Friends or relatives are not allowed in the course timings unless they are registered for the course.
  • The accommodation provided will be simple & basic in nature with one room with attached toilets and the meals served will also be plain and sattvic in composition.
  • Fees once paid will be not refunded. However on solid reasons, if somebody has to withdraw from the course, fee can be adjusted to any further dates of rejoining the program.

  • The candidature is subject to cancellation at any time during the course in the event of misbehavior or non compliance with the code of conduct by the student at the discretion of the Jeevmoksha administration
